Ari Tenenbaum ^*

A partner in our Corporate/Commercial and Corporate Finance Groups, Ari’s practice encompasses all manner of business law. An exceptional negotiator, he routinely leads complex transactions, including share and asset acquisitions and dispositions, corporate reorganizations, private equity sponsored transactions, management buyouts and succession planning arrangements. He successfully implements shareholder agreements, executive employment agreements, private placement and venture capital transactions, as well as many secured and unsecured lending facilities. He also serves as his clients’ general corporate and business counsel for all of their day-to-day legal needs.

Bringing more than 20 years’ experience, Ari is a trusted advisor to a wide range of clients—from start-ups to established enterprises—across many different industries. His legal capabilities extend beyond borders, possessing significant experience in both inbound and outbound cross-border and international work. Ari’s business acumen, coupled with his strong analytical skills and sound judgment, make him an instrumental member of clients’ teams. He employs a big picture mindset that allows him to not only assess situations quickly to effect pragmatic, timely solutions, but also anticipate probable outcomes that require him to pivot on short notice, which he does without missing a beat. He is adept at distilling complex legal concepts into terms that resonate with his clients, and ensures they are engaged and informed, whether in day-to-day activities or through all stages of a transaction.
