Courtney Edwards

An associate in the Family Law Group, Courtney’s practice focuses on parenting time, decision-making responsibility, child and spousal support, and property division.

Courtney is a fervent advocate to her clients and invests time at the outset of each engagement to ensure she has a comprehensive understanding of her clients’ needs. She is adaptable and responsive, and can tailor her approach to maximize her effectiveness in helping clients navigate the intricacies of the family law system. Clients have commended Courtney for her patience, transparency, discretion and attention to detail, qualities that have led her to become a trusted advisor to them.

In her previous role, Courtney gained considerable experience advising clients on a broad range of family law matters, including high conflict parenting disputes and high net worth separations.

To complement her practice, Courtney is an active member of the Ontario Bar Association and The Advocates' Society.
