David Witkowski

David is a partner in our Corporate/Commercial Group. He provides counsel on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including transactions and day-to-day business law advice. Dave’s practice has a particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, general policy development and various commercial matters. Dave takes a practical approach to law, focusing on helping clients navigate complex legal and business matters in a timely and effective manner. 

Prior to joining Torkin Manes, Dave practised business law at a boutique law firm, a full service law firm, and most recently, at a global accounting firm in Toronto.  He also serves as a director on a not-for profit board and recently provided legal commentary and insight on an e-learning Director Training module and platform for a global accounting firm.
