Debbie Tibbo, CPA, CGA

As Torkin Manes’ Director of Operations, Debbie leads and manages the firm’s Business Services, which includes Administration, Finance, Human Resources, Marketing and Information Technology.

Bringing more than 25 years’ experience, Debbie is responsible for coordinating and bridging efforts between the firm’s Business Services teams, as well as practice groups with respect to budgeting, purchasing and advancing systems that facilitate the establishment of efficient workflows and processes to maximize the firm’s productivity and performance. 

Debbie’s strong business acumen, coupled with her pragmatic approach, allows her to employ a big picture mindset when developing long-term operational strategies, working closely with senior management to meet Torkin Manes’ objectives.

Prior to joining Torkin Manes, Debbie worked with law firms in Toronto and on the East Coast. She is a member of The Law Office Management Association (TLOMA) and the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA). She is past chair of the TLOMA Annual Conference and also served as the Speaker Liaison for many years.
