Jean Atkins

Jean is a senior law clerk in the Commercial Real Estate Group and has been with the firm since 1988. 

Jean has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial real estate with an emphasis on commercial financings. She conducts title searches, prepares requisition letters and drafts loan documents for various lenders. Jean has extensive experience co-ordinating all due diligence matters in connection with purchases and financings of commercial real estate and facilitating closings. Her other responsibilities include assisting with title repair work including identifying title issues and liaising with Land Registrars regarding title and registration issues.
