Kanwar Dhaliwal

An associate in our Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group, Kanwar’s practice spans a broad spectrum of civil and commercial litigation matters, including contractual and shareholder disputes, real estate and franchise litigation, civil fraud and conspiracy claims, and matters pertaining to privacy and data management.

Leveraging his strong negotiation skills and pragmatic approach, Kanwar advocates on behalf of a wide range of clients—from individuals to corporations—in all forms of dispute resolution. In building his litigation practice, he has represented clients at mediations, private arbitrations, before administrative tribunals and at various levels of court in Ontario.

Dedicated to service excellence, Kanwar understands that investing time at the outset of new matters to gain a comprehensive understanding of his clients’ needs will allow him to provide strategic guidance from the beginning. Clients have praised Kanwar for his “outside the box” thinking, meticulous attention to detail, and big picture mindset. Kanwar identifies creative approaches to legal problems before advancing solutions that maximize his clients’ chances of securing favourable outcomes.
