Kelly Bender

A law clerk in the firm’s Corporate/Commercial Group, Kelly’s practice focuses on compliance with registration requirements for Federal and Ontario corporations, preparing annual returns and updating resolutions to maintain corporate minute books, summaries of corporate records, maintaining extra-provincial registrations in all provinces and territories, and registering and renewing business names and partnerships in Ontario. Her work also includes asset and share purchases and sales, roll-overs, financing matters, continuances, incorporations, amalgamations, amendments, revivals and dissolutions, tax reorganizations, and due diligence reviews.
