Lavaniya Rajah

An associate in our Corporate/Commercial Group, Lavaniya has a practice that encompasses all aspects of corporate and commercial law, including M&A, corporate finance and general business law.  

Prior to returning as an associate, Lavaniya articled at Torkin Manes, where she gained substantial experience working on a broad range of corporate transactions, which now enables her to skillfully advise clients in both traditional and emerging markets.
