Leslie McGowran

An associate in the Banking & Financial Services and Corporate/Commercial Groups, Leslie’s practice covers all aspects of the financial services sector and includes a variety of debt financing transactions and advisory services to public, institutional, and private clients. She advises on a wide range of transactions, such as asset-based loans, secured and unsecured financings, including private equity sponsored acquisitions, cross-border loans, syndicated and bilateral loans, and vendor-take-back arrangements.
