Lujza Csanyi

An associate in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group, Lujza’s practice spans a diverse range of matters, with an emphasis on health law and representing health care professionals in regulatory, administrative and civil proceedings.

In her previous role at a leading boutique civil litigation firm, Lujza gained considerable experience advising clients on a broad range of matters, including professional negligence cases, product liability, construction litigation, personal injury, insurance coverage matters, employment/wrongful dismissal matters, and human rights applications. She represented a diversity of clients, including individuals and corporations across several industries.

Lujza has appeared before several levels of court, including the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Appeal and administrative tribunals.
