Nikita Mathew

Nikita is an associate in our Family Law Group with a practice that focuses on a broad range of family law matters, including parenting issues, property division, domestic contracts and complex financial matters.

Nikita has dedicated her career to the area of family law since the beginning of her law school education during which she was a participant in the Walsh Negotiation Competition, placing second overall with her team in the Walsh Moot Competition in 2021. Nikita also volunteered as a Mandatory Information Program presenter with the Windsor Court, and worked extensively with the family group at the Windsor Community Legal Aid Clinic. Nikita continues to be involved with the Walsh competition as a coach for the Windsor Law Negotiation Competition team. 

During her articling year and Partner Intensive Program at Torkin Manes, Nikita gained substantial experience on a diversity of family law matters in both litigation and alternative dispute resolution settings. Nikita brings a creative, skillful and sensitive approach to her practice, and is committed to advocating on behalf of her clients efficiently and pragmatically.
