Rebecca Wakeam

An associate in the Family Law Group, Rebecca’s practice focuses on all aspects of family law, including complex property disputes, parenting issues, income determination, child support, spousal support, jurisdictional matters, and domestic contracts (marriage contracts and cohabitation agreements).

Rebecca takes a practical and solution-oriented approach and is a zealous advocate for her clients, tailoring her services to respond to their needs most appropriately at some of the most difficult times of their lives. While she aims to facilitate a resolution through negotiation where possible, she has gained experience in all areas of dispute resolution, including mediation, arbitration and litigation, and is adept in identifying the best resolution process when conflicts arise. Rebecca has appeared before various levels of court across Ontario.
