Roland Hung, partner in our Corporate/Commercial and Technology, Privacy & Data Management Groups, will be speaking on, “Crafting & Responding to Access Requests: Working Within a Broken System,” on February 27, 2025.
In the webinar, Roland and the other panelists will discuss best practices on how to file and respond to access to information requests and apply lessons from the public sector to the private sector’s obligations in responding to individuals’ access requests.
