Please join Lisa Corrente and David M. Golden of Torkin Manes LLP for a legal update on the Fixing Long-Term Care Act, 2021 and its regulation since the coming into force of the new legislation on April 11, 2022. This session will explore the challenges with compliance experienced by long-term care home operators, how operators have been managing compliance, the Ministry's response to compliance issues and areas for improvement in the legislation
