Lisa Corrente and David Golden will be speaking on navigating a changing regulatory environment at The Ontario Long Term Care Association’s (OLTCA) This is Long Term Care 2023 conference on October 24th.
As the provincial government continues its commitment to modernize long-term care, leadership teams in homes are balancing significant change alongside increased operational pressures. This session will provide a roadmap for long-term care homes, covering:
- The essential new aspects of the Fixing Long-Term Care Act, 2021
- Insights into the inspection process and enforcement actions (eg. new administrative monetary penalties), and
- Director’s reviews and appeals.
Lisa and David will share practical insights on how the regulatory system is changing and equip homes to prepare and respond effectively.
