Neil Abramson, Torkin Manes’ partner and renowned health law litigation lawyer, presented "A Prescription for the Legal Health of Your Pharmacy: ODB Audits and College Complaints/Discipline Hearings" at the Ontario Pharmacists Association’s Third Party Audits and Regulatory Compliance Conference at the Lionhead Golf and Conference Centre on Sunday, September 20th.

What are the steps involved in an Ontario Drug Benefit Audit, what are the risks and how can you best protect yourself?

Dealing with College Investigations and Complaints – What You Need to Know

Mr. Abramson discussed how to respond to Ontario College of Pharmacists complaints and investigations so as to minimize the impact upon you. He further outlined important new College powers to investigate and prosecute pharmacists.
