In Memoriam: Stavroula Kapetantsi-Cunha

Stav. Wife. Mother. Sister. Friend. Colleague. And so much more. As one of our veteran assistants, we had the privilege of working with this inspiring woman for the past three decades. Stav was an amazing friend to everyone she knew, and always saw the good in people, a remarkable quality so few truly possess.   

In keeping everyone's well-being top of mind, Stav loved to helped others. With 30 years at Torkin Manes under her belt, students, clerks and lawyers alike relied on her for so many things. There was never any job, too big or too small, on which she wouldn't assist--and always with a smile.   

Stav was an exceptional human being with the strongest sense of empathy, kindness, compassion and generosity. Her smile was infectious; her emotional and moral compass impeccable. She was such a light in all our lives, and will be sorely missed by all who knew her. She was absolutely the best.
