Neil Abramson wins injunction allowing Caplansky's Delicatessen to reopen
Overview
After the landlord of Caplansky’s Deli unexpectedly terminated the lease earlier this week, Neil Abramson of Torkin Manes LLP, lawyer for Zane Caplansky, appeared in court today with an injunction to regain use of the College Street property for his client. The Ontario Superior Court judge ruled the lease valid and that the landlord had to immediately return “exclusive use” of the property to Zane Caplansky.
