Sonu Dhanju-Dhillon to participate in ArbitralWomen panel on Planning Past Unconscious Bias in Arbitration
Overview
By popular demand, supported by Arbitration Place, the Toronto Commercial Arbitration Society, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Canada Branch), and ICC Canada, ArbitralWomen will be hosting an interactive Sequel Seminar to create new ways to promote diversity in arbitration.
Facilitated by arbitration practitioners and diversity consultants, participants will explore ways to deal with unconscious bias and encourage inclusiveness in the decision-making of counsel, parties, and arbitrators alike. Attendees – both men and women – will collaborate to develop strategies for moving from unconscious bias to conscious realization.
The seminar will take place on Monday, February 5, 2018 at Arbitration Place, Suite 900 – 333 Bay St, Toronto beginning at 5:15 PM.
