Sonu Dhanju-Dhillon at The 2017 Women’s Transformative Leadership Forum

Torkin Manes’ partner Sumeet (Sonu) Dhanju-Dhillon spoke at The 2017 Women’s Transformative Leadership Forum: Empowerment by Improving Participation and Representation, where she moderated a panel discussion titled Tales from the Front: Lessons on How to Lead. This discussion showcased some of the most powerful leaders in top organizations across the country. The presenters shared personal thoughts on the numerous challenges encountered while advancing their careers and/or helping to advance those of women around them, including the valuable leadership lessons learned at various stops along the way.

Coinciding with a year-long commitment to advancing women’s representative leadership in the law, the Forum addressed the various challenges affecting rising female stars and women’s leadership opportunities in some of Canada’s most prestigious organizations.
