Torkin Manes Personal Injury Group hosts Bike Helmets for Kids event at East York Town Centre with Toronto Police

On Saturday May 14, the personal injury group at Torkin Manes partnered with Neuro-Rehab Services Inc. (NRS) to give away free bicycle helmets to children at the East York Town Centre. The Bike Helmet on Kids campaign was started by the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association (OTLA) in 2002. This program is intended to put a bike helmet on the head of every child who needs one, and provides education and awareness about safe bicycle helmet use. The Helmets on Kids campaign has been recognized by the Brain Injury Association of Canada, the Ontario Brain Injury Association and the Ontario Safety League for its contribution to injury prevention awareness and safety education.
