We are pleased to announce that 2 of our lawyers have been admitted to the partnership:
Tal Cyngiser is a member of our Business Law Group where he is engaged in a broad corporate and commercial law practice, with particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance.
Seth Zuk is a member of our Commercial Real Estate Group, where his practice focuses on the acquisition, disposition, financing, leasing and development of commercial and residential real estate, as well as mortgage enforcement, realization and remedies.
