We are pleased to announce that 5 of our lawyers have been admitted to the partnership:
Christine Ashbourne is a member of our Family Law Group and practises in all areas of family law. She has also appeared at both the Ontario Court of Justice and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
Hunter Forman is a member of our Business Law and Cannabis Law Groups. He provides counsel in all areas of business law, including transactions and day-to-day business law advice. Hunter also provides business and regulatory advice to a wide range of cannabis industry stakeholders, including licensed producers, licensed retailers, ancillary service providers, and debt and equity financing sources.
Daniel Katzin is a member of our Business Law and Corporate Finance Groups. His practice has a particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, dispositions of businesses, shareholder agreements, corporate reorganizations and debt and equity financings.
Kayla Kwinter is a member of our Construction Law and Litigation Groups. She has a broad construction litigation practice, acting on behalf of general contractors, subcontractors, sureties, suppliers and public and private owners, including municipalities, on a variety of construction-related litigation matters.
Adrian Myers is a member of our Business Law, M&A and Private Equity Groups. He provides counsel to clients in a wide range of commercial and business law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, corporate reorganizations, commercial contracts, and corporate governance arrangements.
