Torkin Manes welcomes Tony Kramreither to our Business Law Group

Torkin Manes is pleased to welcome Tony Kramreither who has joined our firm as a partner in our Business Law Group.

Tony has practised for over 25 years in the area of business law with a focus on advising clients on a variety of domestic and international acquisition and divestiture transactions, complex tax reorganizations and significant corporate/commercial contracts including technology, licensing and distribution.

He has extensive experience advising international clients on their expansion into Canada and to successfully navigate their operations throughout Canada. In particular, he is adept at proactively identifying areas of risk and opportunity and working closely with clients to deliver integrated tax management strategies and practical business solutions that advance the client’s business objectives.

Tony’s strength is his ability to lead a service team dedicated to helping clients plan, negotiate, and successfully implement substantial transactions within time-sensitive and regulated environments.

Prior to joining Torkin Manes, Tony was the Managing Partner of business law at an international accounting firm in Canada.
