Overview
Successful mediation advocacy starts long before the day of the mediation. Just as the client needs to be prepared to give evidence at a trial, he or she needs to be prepared for mediation. Similarly, just as you would prepare your case for trial, you must prepare yourself for the mediation by establishing your position and determining the opposing party's position.
