Andrew is the Chair of Torkin Manes’ Banking & Financial Services Group, with a practice that focuses exclusively on debt financing transactions.
To his practice, Andrew brings 25 years of specialized knowledge in all loan-related matters. Providing strategic counsel to an eclectic public, private and institutional client base, Andrew’s range of transactions include secured and unsecured transactions, acquisition financing, syndicated, cross-border and asset-based loans, vendor-take-back arrangements and divestures in a restructuring context.
With a thorough understanding of the nuances and complexities that often arise in relationships between debtors and creditors, Andrew is ideally positioned to address the many different angles a loan transaction may present.
