Adrian Myers

Adrian is a partner in our Corporate Commercial, Private Equity and Venture Capital and M&A groups. Adrian provides counsel to clients across a range of industries in a wide variety of commercial and business law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, corporate reorganizations and the negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts. In addition to his transactional practice, Adrian often acts as outside general counsel to his clients, providing advice on corporate, operational and governance matters. Adrian has represented domestic and international strategic buyers, private equity and venture capital funds, and independent sponsors in buyout, leveraged buyout and minority investment transactions, including growth equity investments and strategic venture capital.
