A partner in the firm’s Labour & Employment Group, Joe’s practice encompasses all manner of labour, employment and human resources/workplace issues, where he provides counsel to employers, executives, and business advisors. With a responsive and practical approach, Joe excels in assisting clients to resolve employment and labour disputes, and also possesses exceptional advocacy skills to effectively defend or pursue litigation of all claims should the settlement of matters outside of court not be possible.

Bringing more than 25 years’ experience, Joe employs a proactive approach to ensure his clients are well-informed of new developments that could impact their business operations. He collaborates closely with HR leaders, including senior management and human resources professionals, to guarantee that human resources policies and practices are not only compliant with labour and employment laws, but also competitive within specific industry sectors.
