Daniel Katzin ^*

A partner in the firm's Corporate/Commercial and Corporate Finance Groups, Daniel provides counsel on a wide range of business law matters, including transactions and day-to-day corporate law advice. Daniel’s practice has a particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, dispositions of businesses, shareholder agreements, corporate reorganizations and debt and equity financings. He has also developed significant experience in advising boards of directors and senior management on corporate governance, securities regulation and other complex matters.
