A partner in our Litigation Group, Scott’s practice focuses on professional liability, real estate and banking litigation.
Scott has successfully argued complex commercial matters before the Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Appeal, with a focus on lawyers’ professional liability and banking litigation. He works closely with members of the firm's corporate/commercial, insolvency and real estate departments when litigation is necessary to achieve a client's goals and objectives.
