An associate in Torkin Manes’ Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group, Tamara’s practice spans a wide spectrum of civil and commercial litigation matters, including contractual and shareholder disputes, property and construction related claims, as well as insolvency mandates. Tamara is a valued advisor to her clients. As a former financial analyst, Tamara sees and understands disputes from her clients’ perspective. She is well-versed in managing challenging legal issues pragmatically, and her creative problem-solving and advocacy expertise have ensured effective and favourable outcomes for her clients in all forms of dispute resolution, including mediation, arbitration, and litigation before all levels of the Ontario Courts.
