A partner in the firm's Private Client Services Group, Rachel’s practice encompasses all areas of estate planning and administration, trusts, tax, preparation of wills, powers of attorney and business succession planning.

With nearly two decades of legal knowledge and experience, Rachel helps individuals and families navigate the complexities of estate planning and administration. Rachel leverages her exceptional communications skills and attention to detail, coupled with her ability to simplify complicated, highly detailed concepts in ways that resonate with her clients. As a trusted advisor, she not only gains an understanding of her clients’ factual information, but also appreciates the various emotional considerations involved to create comprehensive and sophisticated estate plans that help clients advance their financial and personal objectives. Rachel also works closely with executors and trustees to ensure that all stages of the administration process run seamlessly.

Rachel's clients include high net worth individuals, executives, family business owners, private businesses, estates, trust companies and family offices. To maximize efficiency, she collaborates with clients’ other professional advisors, including accountants, insurance advisors, investment advisors and trust companies. Rachel also works closely with firm members in other practice groups, including real estate, corporate and litigation, to provide clients with the advantage of a full-service law firm. 

A recognized thought leader, Rachel frequently presents at seminars and educational sessions on various topics related to estate planning and administration, some of which have been aimed specifically at educating women on estate planning and financial literacy, and others designed for accountants and investment advisors. Aligned with her commitment to the profession, Rachel has been a guest lecturer at Osgoode Hall Law School.
