Paul Jacoby

As an associate in Torkin Manes’ Construction Law Group, Paul’s practice focuses on advising and advocating on behalf of public and private sector owners, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, sureties, and design professionals throughout the lifecycle of construction projects, including everything from drafting and negotiating contracts to litigating matters in court and through alternative dispute resolution methods.

To his practice, Paul brings experience in construction, insurance and commercial litigation. His strong advocacy skills have enabled him to  appear with confidence before the Superior Court of Justice and strategically assist on matters before the Ontario Court of Appeal and Federal Court of Canada.
